Georgian Home Comfort

We recently bought a home with an 18+ year old HVAC system & water heater. After reaching out to a number of vendors, we choose to work with Georgian Home Comfort and the experience was fantastic!
Randy was very knowledgeable and responsive during the quoting process especially since I wanted to relocate the new water heater and remediate some pre-existing ducting issues. He even visited during the work to ensure everything was going well.
Jon, Corey & Adam were amazing. These guys really know their stuff and were happy to answer my questions and make some recommendations. During the furnace removal they discovered a couple of hidden major ductwork deficiencies and they remediated them on the spot. Jon’s patching skills showed great pride and professionalism. He didn’t just cut a piece of sheet metal and attach it with a couple of screws. He bent & fitted the sheet metal patches to conform to the ductwork so it would stay on without screws before he screwed and metal taped the patches, real craftsmanship…
I elected to replace the original builder supplied cold air mixing box with a real HRV and when Jon & Corey were finished with the entire installation (new furnace, AC, water heater & HRV) it looked like something out of a sales brochure. Everything was neatly routed and properly attached for years of trouble free service. It’s a shame some of their work will be covered up by drywall.
We’ve already noticed a positive difference in the airflow & temperature balance in the house after the guys completed their work. They care and their attention to detail is impressive!
