Coe Hill

Had alot of issues & the owner Mike came & personally repaired our complaints. Stand up guy held his word. I have no problems recommending this company. I've seen some of his other work & we applaud him. Looking forward to working with you in the future.

Good afternoon,

Firstly, We are quite surprised that we had never received a call, but rather submit a negative review. The tenure of my crews are of no concern to our clients. This particular crew is full time with us, and have no issues if other work is taken on by them in between our projects.

Nowhere in our quote was strapping the house was part of the scope of work as it would go directly over the existing sheathing.

All issues/concerns that were brought to our attention and were addressed promptly.

I've got tons of pictures

1st of all Mike came to out home to price the job. My husband asked him if he subs jobs, he replied,"never." Well he sub the job to kids & I believe I was told this is the 2nd house they did. Strike 1 He told us he was going to strap the house ,didn't do it. Took the old wood off, did not tvek the home which we had here already strike 2.
Then Mike came & checked on the job cpl times & we brang to his attention a cpl issues that did not get resolved. Then the biggest complaint was the cauking & Mike said he would fix but never came back. There was never any anger or nothing so dont understand why he didnt fix the problems. Now i have rain water getting behind the siding. Mike didn't come back. I have over 45 pics of things wrong but I'll post just a few. I cannot say how disappointed I am I should have gone with the cheaper quote perhaps. Mike your a nice guy but we hired you to do a job you should maybe been more present. Mike if the job gets fixed I'd take down this post. I have other contractors here working that have noticed more things wrong. I'm not a picky person come look for yourself
