-6 months late on timeline.
-home did not have water when we moved in
-2 weeks of trades in every day as home was not complete
-construction quality is sub par
-customer service is brutal
-once they have your money they will not do anything for you
-stay away from these guys.
-still waiting on multiple repairs found 8 months ago that were not seasonal items

I bought our first new home with Marcson Homes last year. I got possession this year in end of June, and I moved on first week of July. After 1 week I had flooding in the basement. Water came from what we use on regular daily living things. While figuring out reason for flooding for 36 to 40 , MARCSON did not offer any hotel stay or other option. They said we could use, but who wanna use water for toilet and pee if its coming back to basement , poor service.

I requested industrial fan or heater to dry basement ASAP but never provided. When following up for the same instead of solving problem, asking me to whom you email, when you did, oh our person came and he said nothing blah blah... no service at all.

Now after almost 3 weeks of flooding , the basement is smelly and watery marks , and still wet and moisture but never asked for cleaning or scrubbing by them.

I would never recommend Marcson Homes because they believe inly in selling not in providing services.
I made my biggest mistake in my life that I bought MARCSON HOMES , please do not make same mistake as me.

We are currently in the process of building a home with Marcson Homes in Cameron Heights. As first time home owners, we’re glad that we went with Marcson. We were very impressed with their Churchill layout which was unique compared to a lot of other new home layouts we’ve seen. We also enjoyed that they were flexible to any changes we had in mind. Dakota has been great to work with. He has always been very helpful in guiding us through the entire process and has been very accommodating to all of our needs.

My Fiancé and I had been in search for a new home, the perfect home, for almost 3 years. There have been times where we’ve come so close, but walked away last minute with other builders. However, with Marcson Homes, and their Andor model, it was honestly love at first sight. The process up till now (blueprint stage) has been smooth sailing, and we believe the reason behind our pleasant experience is our sales rep, Dakota!

Not only is Dakota incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating, he continues to make what is seemingly a stressful process, super fun! Being first time home buyers, we come up with questions day and night, and Dakota allows himself to be highly accessible to us. If there is ever a speed bump along the way, he works closely with us to come up with a solution in a quick and timely manner.

We are confident that our home will turn out exactly how we’ve always dreamed of, and it’s thanks to Dakota and the amazing team at Marcson Homes in Edgemont Ravines!

Excellent service! We are still in the early stages of building but Dakota from the beginning went out of his way to really accommodate all our needs in what we're looking for in a house. He never makes you feel like you are inconveniencing him at all and always answer inquiries/questions promptly. Marcson Homes is very lucky to have Dakota with them.

The floor plan and high quality finishing I found very appealing. The townhouse I purchase truly is an "Executive Townhouse" and was not designed as a starter home. It was finished with high-end products and appointments which sets it apart from inferior homes. The design is very suited to my lifestyle. The expertly chosen interior design adds to the visual impact that makes it a level above the usual. The fit and finish is impressive.

Marcson team has been very thorough and efficient throughout the process of the build. Everything has been done in a timely manner and with attention to deal. Every person involved from the new home consultant to all the suppliers have been informative and proficient at their work. I would definitely recommend the Marcson team to my friends.

Dakota was great to work with. He understood our desires and wants . Dakota also was very flexible with our schedule. Great job Dakota. My wife I will be pleased when our home is completed.

We bought our house last year in October and got possession in this October.
So far me and wife are pretty happy with the house. It has everything we asked for. The process of house buying was fun due to our sells person Malik. He was pretty helpful. My two other friends too bought house from him. I do recommend him for Marcson homes.
