At this point of time, we will NOT recommend this builder. If we could cancel now we would for sure, long story short, our building experience has been unbelieveable SLOW, stressful, awful, it has been a year since we signed, our house still not even close to done.. if we have gone with other builder our house will be done by end of this summer latest.
absolutely MISTAKABLE marcson!!!

Wow! We are so glad you are building with Marcson as choosing a builder can be very difficult. Yes, it is very early in the building stages and sometimes things don't go as planned, but with open communication these issues are dealt with in a very quick and timely manner. Marcson Homes is eager to see you and your family in your new home; enjoying it with friends and family. Congratulations!

New build in Allard Heritage Valley

This is our second built and first time with Marcson I have to say so far we have a great positive experience building with Marcson Homes, we're still in the very beginning blue print stage and we're already super excited to see how our new home will turn out.
Our home specialist Lisa Heninger is also one of the reason why we decided to build with Marcson, not only she's a wonderful, fun and creative lady to work with, she gave us a lot of creative suggestions and ideas to create our desire home and design.
I have to say everything happen for a reason, we been to a lot of home builders and Lisa is the one who seems to care so much genuinely for her customer and always go up and beyond for us to find out every little details.
This is only the early stage of building and every built will have some minor issue and fix to do and will see how well and efficient Marcson will deal with them except only thing is their back office can be slow at getting back on things and not sure if that was just a temporary staffing problem..
We did come down to 2 home builders to make a decision with but we're so glad we finally decided to go with Marcson! Overall we do recommend Marcson and Lisa as your home specialist.
