I used Move Seniors twice in the past 2 years. Both experiences were amazing! They moved me to my new home from an apartment in the city. They created a beautiful floorplan for my new home and helped me choose items that would best suite the rooms. They downsized the apartment selling, donating and disposing of unwanted items. The same team packed, moved, unpacked and set-up my new home evening of the move. They even installed my art and mirrors along with my TV. They were kind and incredibly efficient. I highly recommend this company! Their entire team from the assistants, movers and installers were first class! The project manager took total control of everything and allowed me the freedom I needed to work on projects I was committed to.

Alana made moving my mom to the retirement residence stress free. She kept me informed all the way and followed up after the move. The movers were there when they said they would be and were very professional. Would highly reccommend Moving Seniors Lovingly to anyone looking to move their lived ones.

Dawn connected with Mom immediately to arrange supplies to be dropped off to assist in the overwhleming process of packing. The exact amount of supplies! Which amazed me! This really was two moves in one - a drop off to Mom's new apartment and a drop off to my house for the unloading of more than half of her furniture. The movers had a great and organized system. Niko, Rob and Tony were efficient, careful, communicative, personable, timely, and most importantly, Mom was immediately able to trust them with her most meaningful and memorable collections. I knew when I left Mom's apartment that the following morning upon waking, when she opened her bedroom door, she would walk out feeling like HOME. If I thought my first experience with Move Seniors Lovingly, eight (8) years ago, was not only a brilliant concept, but in actuality effected a move that diminished my stress by half and resulted in walking into "Home"! The second move was even more spectacular (January 27, 2022). All the "umbrella" services were orchestrated more skillfully and thoughtfully, but the team that cared for me were not only extraordinarily skilled, but exceptional human beings! This included the packing and set up team, as well as the electrician and the art hanger. Move Seniors (MSL) Lovingly has now helped me on two occasions.The first was downsizing my office and relocating to a smaller unit.The second It was a major downsizing from our house in the Kingsway to a large condo MSL excels at all aspects of leading their clients through the difficult process of a major life style change. Their people are professional, attentive and sensitive to the emotional turmoil this process has on their clients. Ever detail of the process was presented in writing , costed and agreed to in advance of any work. Their project manager was available twenty four hours a day to keep you informed. MSL has excellent outside contractors to handle artwork, electrical installation of chandeliers, etc. The moving staff were polite, efficient and very careful. We have used Move Seniors Lovingly twice in the past 22 months. For the first move, we used most of the services they offer as we moved out of our house into a temporary apartment setting. They were a HUGE help with downsizing, staging house for sale, donating items, transporting things to family members, packing, unpacking and the list goes on. The second move was into our finally completed condo. We experienced the same level of service with a familiar face on board again - Carolyn did her usual excellent job of packing and co-ordinating. The movers themselves were exceptional! We have moved many times over the years; both long distance and local. Our experience with Move Seniors Lovingly was top notch. They are not inexpensive but they do offer superior service and peace of mind; all with a friendly and caring approach. Thank you Margo and Brian

Exploiting and overcharging elderly, lost items and accepted no responsibility.
My mom hired MSL to move from her house into a 2 bedroom apartment, 5 minutes walk on the same street. After the move there were lots of things missing, family treasures that caused a huge amount of distress. She contacted MSL to let them know about the lost items. Nothing was resolved weeks later, so I called them. Brian was quick to say he hired a different moving company to do the move. He gave me their number and told me to contact them. Someone was sent to speak to my mom, nothing resolved.
When I tried to get the video footage from the day of the move from the building manager, I was informed me that there were boxes abandoned in the building and maybe it was my moms, which it was.
Moving Seniors Lovingly LOST 15 BOXES OF MY MOMS BELONGINGS! The were not delivered into her apartment but placed on an different floor and forgotten about! Thank god the building manager was alerted by residents that the boxes were left in a hallway for days and put them into storage. If I didn’t investigate, my moms stuff would have been gone for good.

Secondly, my mom mom was over exchanged multiple times market rate, enough that she could have moved the entire house across the country. Make sure to shop around and get quotes.

At the end, Brian did not accept any responsibility for the lost items, put the blame on some other company we never heard of and claims it was the building managers responsibility to supervise my moms belongings.
My mom did not receive any refund although here items were not moved from point A to point B

I was quoted $200-$300 for art installation. Any change in cost would be communicated prior to completion of any work. Told was being billed $1500 + HST. Taking advantage of Seniors or what!!!!!!!!
