Az Railings

We hired A Z Interior/Exterior Railings two years ago to install wood floors/staircase and wrought iron railing. We were satisfied with their work and included a very positive review on Home Stars. HOWEVER, when we hired the company again a year later to renovate our laundry room and bathroom and completed other minor jobs around the house, we had a very different experience and we were extremely disappointed with the results!

We would not hire this company to do any other contracting work besides railings and floors.

For the laundry room we were expecting custom made cupboards. Unfortunately, the cupboards were made of cheap material, poorly measured and poorly installed. While Azier tried to be responsive to our concerns, we don't believe he had the skill set and expertise for this work.

Fortunately, the washroom vanity was pre-made, but the faucet was poorly installed.

We would not recommend this company to do any plumbing work. Unfortunately, a copper pipe that was installed outside by AZ Railings cracked months later at the joint causing water to gush from the piping. We had to call a 24 hour emergency plumbing company (very expensive). The plumbing company noticed that the joint was cracked because it was not sawdered correctly initially by AZ Railings.

We reached out to the owner of the company, Azier to explain what happened. Unfortunately, Azier did not get back to us. We are very disappointed.

Had our stairs and Railing done in my home with this company.
We are very satisfied with the work that they did.
They were informative, gave suggestions and were receptive to our needs as well.
We recommend this company to anyone.

I got stairs done in my house through him, he did a good job showed up on time and finished in time , guy had eye for details and stairs look beautiful
