Project was completed within the timeframe given and at the quoted cost. Queries were answered the same day. The estimator was helpful in choosing a suitable style of railing.
I was very impressed by the care taken on the installation (hence the rating.) The old railing was removed without damage to the wall. Time was taken to ensure the new railing was fitted properly and any gaps were filled & touched up. The company delivered as promised!

We required railings/guards at two locations (home and inlaws), for new porch and stairs last fall. Alex was exceptional to work with throughout the entire process (working with both myself and my inlaws). All communications were very clear and everything was outlined perfectly and clearly. Very prompt to respond to any questions. Work was completed within the scheduled time, coordinated between the two locations, and the installation was great! Even after almost a year, everything is holding up perfectly, and everything still looks as good as it did when first installed. We are looking at adding some additional rails as well this year for additional safety and support!

The cost seems high, but $2,500 of it was for a custom gate that looks beautiful and has a spectacular weight and closing mechanism. The railing itself looks beautiful and they came back to touch up the aluminum that had to be cut, so you do not have those silver lines that you get with cheap installs. The owner was very easy to reach and quick to respond. Nothing negative to say at all. Thank you
