We had major water damage in our condo and needed to replace all our flooring. We did our research and found Toronto Flooring Solutions had the best products and competitive prices. The installation team of Sedat and Isco were friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. We love our new floors and would highly recommend TFS.

Hired them after meeting Gurp. I had received a quote from another company that wanted payment for install up front.
Gurp did not require that and had lots of samples for wood floating floor which is what I needed at new condo. He is a genuine guy who is frank and will be fair if any issues arise. I found Stefan the other owner easy to deal with and the install team who has been working for them for 15 years was led by Wayne who was very professional and personally committed to doing a great install on time and with attention to detail. I went with Torlys wood herringbone in coastal oak and it looks fabulous and even better in person.

Great job with replacing subfloor and floor as well as carpeting! Fast, reliable, friendly and done well!

Gurp was a nice guy when I met him, but his carpet contractors were very very sloppy. We had new carpet and vinyl flooring installed in the basement after a flood. Toronto Flooring Solutions were very competitive with their pricing so we decided to go with them.

After the carpet was installed I noticed a small "pull" at the side of one of the steps and also a "pull" at one of the seems where the carpet was joined together. This was worrysome because if you lightly tugged on the loose piece it would just keep running. I contacted Gurp and he sent out his installers the following week. They made out that it was our fault and said you can't vacuum right away (Which we never even did). Then all they did to fix the pulls was cut them. I thought they would at least glue the carpet back down since the pull was on the seam, and will just get another run in it again at some point. I've never heard of a carpet that you can't vacuum or it will run.

As far as the vinyl flooring went, the trim pieces that join the carpet and the vinyl in two locations just popped right off. I contacted Gurp again and he said he would personally come an fix it, but he never showed, and I never heard from him again after that.

If you care about the quality of workmanship, I would choose another company. Carpet is carpet, and vinyl is vinyl no matter who you buy if from, but how it's installed is what makes all the difference.

I needed new flooring for my downtown condo unit and it needed it done promptly. Stefan and his team responded quickly and ended up doing a brilliant job in installing laminate flooring! I will highly recommend Stefan and his team at Toronto Flooring Solutions for any future jobs to my friends and family -- I can only thank him and his team for being so diligent and going above and beyond in making my unit look amazing!!!

We were very happy with Stefan and the team from Toronto Flooring Solutions. They took out our old broadloom carpeting on the second floor of our house and installed hardwood and new carpet on the stairs. It was a tough job because the rooms are small and very little space in which to work. Toronto Flooring Solutions was great and the entire team was a pleasure to deal with. There were no surprises and the work was completed in a timely manner.

Visited the store and spoke to Stefan regarding flooring options. Found a few good options and they were accommodating on advice. Product arrived as scheduled and because the delivery van was in the area they provided a free delivery. Very competitive pricing as well.

After sales was really good as we had a number of questions regarding installation and product features. All questions answer, quick response. Would definitely contact again for flooring.

I was very happy with Stefan from two projects he did for us at his previous company so I searched him out when we purchased a condo recently. As before, he was excellent to work with and was responsive to all our need and questions. His install team of Wayne and Kevin were a pleasure to work with and were very accommodating since our condo has quite strict rules. Overall, another job well done!
