We had been looking for flooring for a while before we stumbled upon Toronto Flooring Solutions and were very glad we did. Gurp was very helpful and professional. He came to our house to measure and then explained the process. The quote was detailed and very fair. We decided to have removal and installation done by Toronto Flooring Solutions as well and we couldnt be happier with the final product. Gurp was involved throughout the process and ensured we were happy each step of the way. There were a couple of minor issues which is to be expected on this kind of project, but Toronto Flooring Solutions customer service is excellent and resolved them right away.

We hired Toronto Flooring solutions to refinish our hardwood on the main floor and upstairs. Gurp was great he came prepared with sample for us to look at so we could get an an idea of how the floor would turn out. We had some trouble along the way with dates needing to be changed and us not having the proper plug for the sander. His team was great always had solutions and was very accommodating to changes we had to make.

Toronto Flooring Solutions handled our recent floor renovation project with the utmost professionalism, efficiency and courtesy. Their installation crew was highly skilled, incredibly fast and genuinely cared about the quality of their work. Even an abscessed tooth suffered by one of the installers -- requiring an emergency visit to his dentist before he could begin our project -- did not hamper his ability to do first-rate work! Our entire experience with the company could not have been any better than it was and we highly recommend Toronto Flooring Solutions.

This renovation started out well enough with responsive quoting, a nice looking product and friendly sales people. However it has turned in to a nightmare project. The install was sloppy, the baseboard was done poorly, they used defective boards that had no finishes, and put dents in the walls…the list goes on and on. They charged our credit card before getting any feedback from us and then when presented with the issued dismissed them as ‘manufacturing problems’ and that they would fix it however would not fix any damage they created when ‘fixing’ the flooring. In the end we have to live with warped boards, doors that don’t close, a stove that no longer fits and shoddy workmanship on the baseboard. Overall I’m very unhappy with the quality of work and the dismissive attitude of the company. Do not use them!!

I hired Toronto Flooring Solutions on The Queenway, to replace flooring in my condo. From the beginning to the completion of the contract, all went well. The price was competitive, the appointments were always on time, and the workmanship was excellent.
