DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
They are cheaper but they will make your moving experience so bad you wish you NEVER EVER contacted them. Firstly they promised they would be there at 8am. They got there at 3pm. Secondly I booked a 50' trailer. They showed up with a 26' trailer. They said they would get it all in no worries and if they didn't they would call in a 2nd truck before the first one was finished loading so there would be no delays. They loaded the truck and said they needed to take it to the yard and unload them come back. I had realtors waiting for my house expecting it at 4pm. We still had to clean-up after the move. I told them not to use expensive packing boxes for long items as I do not want the extra charges they did it anyways and charged me hundreds of $$ extra. They were three guys and I was promised four. They were super slow and lazy. They took so many breaks I lost count. It was 12:30 after midnight when they finished. They were loud, disturbing my neighbors and they were arraogant. It was just an awful experience.
I called to complain and I was verbally assaulted on the phone. The dispatcher swore at me on the phone and hung up on me when I accused his movers of being slow and lazy. Very scary.
When they moved my stuff in my house when they arrived at the new place they left the heavy and awkward stuff in the garage. They crushed and damaged threee chairs. My motorcycle front fender had a huge Dent in it that they dropped something very heavy on. They said no problem send in a estimate for repair. When I did I never heard from them again after several attempts.
