Access Plumbing

Very poor workmanship.
They did not install my bathroom tub drain properly and use under rated fiting for my Landry tap.
Last time I talked with them about my Landry tap. They are saying why you connect another washer in a brand new house where you have already got a wahser? I told them that the washer and fittings are CSA proved and legal to sell in Canada. And they ask me to show document who allow me to use the second washer in my house? Are you kidding me???

Joel came out and gave an estimate. 2 days later, he and Jeff installed our new air conditioner. He is an excellent installer. Very knowledgeable, competent. Explained everything to us after the new install. Very happy with our new AC!!

Very impressed with how helpful and curtious, Chris, the technician was - he clearly came across as being highly skilled and knowledgeable regarding my issue - I will not hesitate to use Access Plumbing's services when needed and will highly recommend this company!

The hot water tank in our home got a small leak just after 1 year of their installation. So I have called them, and they said warranty is over and I have to pay, so agreed for $65, first 30 minutes, and $50 for each 30 minutes after. The technician completed the job in 1.5 hours and left. (Just changing a washer) After few days they have sent me an invoice asking to pay $485/- which include their 3 hour travel charge! From St. Albert to Edmonton South 3 hours of travel!

They have fighted with me almost a month, frightened to take the issue to court, finally came down to the actual charge of $165/-

Be very careful with them, very rude people

Subcontractor to our builder. Excellent on general plumbing however, their knowledge, care and attention to detail on hydronic heating is below average. Would not hire without clear expectations up front including documentation of detailed design.

Very fast. Had it done in 1 hour. Came in on a Friday saw my heater was damaged had it replaced by Monday. Very fast service. They were very professional and had good ideas on how to save heating cost.

Explored different plumbing companies for a new home being built. Received competitive quotes and when work commenced they started and finished as per schedule. Quality of workmanship was expected and received.

After looking around at a few different plumbing companies for a new home we were building we came across Access Plumbing. Their pricing was competitive and their customer service was great. One thing I found was that when you deal with individual contractors it is more likely that they won't show up or answer their phone and that can prove to be a headache. With Access, seeing as their a larger company, someone almost always answers the phone an gets back to you...and they show up when they say.
They were great to work with and I would definitely recommend them!

One of our hot water tanks was leaking in Nov. 2011. Access Plumbing and Heating came the same day to replace it. They advised us to replace the second one aoon. In May 2012 we noticed we were not getting hot water. We called them and they came within a few days and replaced the 2nd tank. They also suggested we change from a parallel system to a series making the new tank primary. We followed their suggestion. We now have all the hot water we need. The workers were efficient, courteous and they took away the old tanks without making any mess.
