Contacted Grand River Heating and cooling for a estimate on a split system heat pump. Got back to me in a timely manner and set up an appointment within 2 days. Bill arrived on time and reviewed the job site. I recieved my quote the next day and the system was installed in one week by very pleasant hvac technicians. My house was left spotless and they were done in one day. I had a minor issue with the system and they returned immediately to fix the problem which was not due to the installation but too much collant installed at the factory. I would highly recommend this company for your hvac needs.

Our house was built in 2010. The furnace was installed by the builder's contractor, and proved to be very unreliable. Since installation the furnace had shutdown several times over the last 5 years. The first two service contractors in the end were unable to diagnose the problems. Fortunately, we discovered Grand River Heating and Cooling. They worked closely with the manufacturer, penetrating warranty issues, and in the end were able to arrange for a whole new furnace under warranty! We paid for installation, which went through without a flaw. Here are their strengths from our perspective: extremely responsive, very competent, they stick with you, service people are friendly, the office manager is fantastic, and they do what they say they are going to do.

Our air conditioner needed to be replaced. I called 3 contractors and Grand River Heating and Cooling was the only one that even returned my call. Their response was very quick( within 1 hour) and by that evening I had contracted to purchase a new air conditioner. Within a matter of a week, a new air conditioner was installed by most pleasant and efficient workers. Everything about this experience was very pleasing and I would highly recommend this company.
