We're satisfied with the work done by Terry and his team. They did a very neat job. It's been a year since and we see no issue with it.

Terry, Jack and crew were excellent. They had to delay the start of our small project because of unprecedented rain/flooding in the area (we, thankfully, were not affected by those.) Terry was great letting us know and working around our needs too
The project went smoothly, and very quickly. After they finished, you can barely tell they were here. Fabulous workers, great communication. HIGHLY recommend.

Terry is amazing to work with. His crew made accommodation that kept me deck intact and waterproofed the house.

Everyone else I talked to was going to destroy the deck.

Also there work is quality.

My only advice is to his crew. They tried to sell my neighbour ls services even thought they didn't ask.

This letter is acknowledged that on Thursday, August 1, 2024, your crew of Thomas and John came to our home Hamilton, Ontario to water proof a section of our basement and install a sup pump. They began to break cement on the floor and soon discovered that there was no foundation under the cinder-block walls. After making contact with Terry, it was decided to install bench supports at the foundation. This made the project a two-day concern. John and Thomas worked very hard. The quality of their work was outstanding. The team was professional, arriving on time and working efficiently. They were respectful of my property and ensured everything was clean before they left.
We commend both John and Thomas for their efforts.

Earlier this year, we hired Terry to come by and fix a crack we had running across our foundation. We weren't sure if this crack was the cause of our efflorescence and dampness issue but the price was fair and this was the most obvious place to start.

Terry and 2 of his work men were able to dig six feet and patch the crack in just a day. They didn't damage any of our stone work and cleaned up our backyard way better than I expected.

It's been over 6 months and everything seems better. No more dampness nor efflorescence even though we don't have a vapour barrier under the laminate.

My tenant called me and told me there was huge leak In the basement , this was right after we had 4 days of rain . I had a plumber go out to check if it was a planning issue in which it wasnt . I called a few waterproofing companies for a quote and they all gave roughly the same price BUT direct waterproofing went beyond and sent me pics with highlighted areas that needed immediate attention . So I decided to go with them . Terry said he would start next morning at 9:30 and he and his crew were there at that time . They did a fantastic job from start to finish . They supplied me with a lot of pics documenting their repair as I couldnt make it to the job site . They are truly an awsome company and would definitely recommend them .

I cannot sing enough praises for Terry and his team. From start to finish, our basement waterproofing project was seamless!
From the initial meeting for an inspection and quote I felt confident in Terry's professionalism, experience and knowledge. He was incredibly patient with all the questions and concerns that we had, and responded to emails and phone calls in a very timely fashion. The quote he provided was detailed and outlined what we needed done, as well as, what might have been needed once the work started. At the end of the project there were no surprises or hidden costs. What we saw was what we were charged.
The team who performed the actual work were incredible! Walter and Roman were a pleasure to have work on our property. They were professional, friendly, and willing to answer questions I had during the process. We had some very specific requests of them, part of the job required them to be on our neighbor's property, and they were very
respectful of those requests. The area that was worked on was left tidy and clean at the completion of the job.
Our air conditioning had to be disconnected while the work was being done, Terry arranged for it to be reconnected the same day all the work was completed and the technician, Igor, was fantastic too.

Terry and his team were excellent workers. They showed up on time, completed the job as they promised and kept my home and yard tidy. With the replacement sump pump, my home is A LOT quieter and with proper drainage outside, the pump works much much much more efficiently. Terry offered us a great deal and booked us in quickly as the weather was getting cold and the ground was going to freeze. Thank you, Terry!

Ive had a few experiences with Direct Waterproofing now and wanted to call Terry and his crew out for their great work. They are efficient, clean, and Terry is very communicative and responsive.

DW completed the exterior and partial interior waterproofing on our semi and they were very respectful of the space in always keeping it tidy and clean. And it was nice to have people show up when they say they would and finish on time. Shortly after, we had an issue with dampness in our basement and Terry came out immediately to check on the issue (turned out it wasnt related to the waterproofing). So when it came time to filling the cement in, I didnt hesitate reaching back out to Terry versus looking for a different company to do the work. They were able to fit the job in shortly after I reached out and theyll be coming by again to help reroute my sump pump line. All in all, I wish all other contractors were as responsive and easy to work with as Terry.
