This letter is acknowledged that on Thursday, August 1, 2024, your crew of Thomas and John came to our home Hamilton, Ontario to water proof a section of our basement and install a sup pump. They began to break cement on the floor and soon discovered that there was no foundation under the cinder-block walls. After making contact with Terry, it was decided to install bench supports at the foundation. This made the project a two-day concern. John and Thomas worked very hard. The quality of their work was outstanding. The team was professional, arriving on time and working efficiently. They were respectful of my property and ensured everything was clean before they left.
