Ive had a few experiences with Direct Waterproofing now and wanted to call Terry and his crew out for their great work. They are efficient, clean, and Terry is very communicative and responsive. DW completed the exterior and partial interior waterproofing on our semi and they were very respectful of the space in always keeping it tidy and clean. And it was nice to have people show up when they say they would and finish on time. Shortly after, we had an issue with dampness in our basement and Terry came out immediately to check on the issue (turned out it wasnt related to the waterproofing). So when it came time to filling the cement in, I didnt hesitate reaching back out to Terry versus looking for a different company to do the work. They were able to fit the job in shortly after I reached out and theyll be coming by again to help reroute my sump pump line. All in all, I wish all other contractors were as responsive and easy to work with as Terry.

We initially hired Direct Waterproofing for exterior waterproofing based on Homestars reviews, but after seeing their work we also had them do additional interior waterproofing, as well as install a back water valve and sump pump. We worked with Terry and would highly recommend him and DW to our friends. He was extremely responsive right from the start and throughout the project, whether it was a call, a text or an email. Our project took about a week and he was constantly here checking on the progress and keeping us in the loop. The crew we had on site were great too. Its a messy job but they left the site spotless after they were done. And since it snowed while they were here, they shoveled the snow and helped us and our neighbours take our garbage bins to the curb on garbage day. Overall, it was a great experience and if we had another waterproofing project, we wouldnt hesitate to call them.

We needed to replace our old wooden sliding door and was referred to Henry. Although we obtained other quotes, we decided to go with Imperial as we found Henry to be extremely responsive and professional. The installation was smooth and they thoroughly cleaned the area after they were done. We would reach out to Imperial again.
