Crane flooring did the hardwood flooring in our house from top to bottom including my stairs, we were so happy with the speedy service as well as the quality of workmanship. We loved it so much that we hired them to finish our basement. They started from a clean slate and finished within 3 weeks! This included a certified electrician to do the electrical work. They also installed a 2 piece washroom. Again, very happy with this job.
We also just rehired them to do our foyer and powder room on the main floor. Once again, beyond happy! The customer service is outstanding and they respond within the hour.
We will be rehiring them in the near future to reno our ensuite and main bathroom. We highly recommend them! As a matter of fact, 4 of our other friends have hired them and are very happy as well.

Just did a stairs and second floor project few days ago with Crane flooring! The company did a great job for my place!
I live in an older house with carpet for stairs and second floors! I like to replace hardwood floor! Since the shape of my stairs, the stairs are very difficult to work for hardwood and price is high as well, so I try to save money and the owner mr. huang know exactly what I need and did a great job for my stairs and use all my original handle and stand as much as possible! This saved lots money as well! I know some company dont like your original ones and they try to sell you more and make more money!
Also from the second floor which near by the stairs the nosing is perfect and dont even tell I did laminate on my second floor! This is very professional! I fully suggest this company if you try to upgrade you home as well!

wood stair not follow code rule, too narrow treed(8.5" instead of requested 10"), super slippery surface caused a falling down, serious injury to the back, waist bone almost broken, never response, plan to sue this owner
