They have the worst customer service on the planet! Lack of communication and respect. We have never been ghosted by a business in our entire lives. Canceled their service due to lack of trust and although they promised to send us our $500 deposit we have yet to receive it and it has been over 3 weeks now. I do not recommend doing business with this company. Stay far, far away!!!!

Crane flooring did the hardwood flooring in our house from top to bottom including my stairs, we were so happy with the speedy service as well as the quality of workmanship. We loved it so much that we hired them to finish our basement. They started from a clean slate and finished within 3 weeks! This included a certified electrician to do the electrical work. They also installed a 2 piece washroom. Again, very happy with this job. We also just rehired them to do our foyer and powder room on the main floor. Once again, beyond happy! The customer service is outstanding and they respond within the hour. We will be rehiring them in the near future to reno our ensuite and main bathroom. We highly recommend them! As a matter of fact, 4 of our other friends have hired them and are very happy as well.

Paul went above and beyond for us! He installed crown moulding on our main floor. He showed up on time, was very clean and gave very good advice. He is extremely personable and very trustworthy! His service and workmanship is top notch! Highly recommended!
