We had a leaky roof on our kitchen extension, and we had a few contractors come out, but Perry provided confidence is his approach and assessment. We are very pleased with the result, and Perry and his team provided service as described quickly and cleanly. Would definitely hire again.

Perry and his crew came to the Annex to look at our situation. He suggested that since only the south facing roof was warping, we could add a layer of shingles and save on roofing costs. We went with a lighter shade of shingle for reflective purposes and are thrilled with the result. Perry and his crew also redid our eaves and flashing, custom painted them, and resurfaced our flat roof -- no leaks, great workmanship. A year later I got back in touch with Perry since the trough and eaves had a few minor leaks. He promptly dropped by with his crew, patched and caulked the problem, and went on his way. When asked what we owed him, he told us it was "warranty work" to ensure that the job was done right. Perry's a straight up, honest, hardworking fella and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Part of our roof needed replacing and the sides of our eavestrogh was leaning. We received many quotes from various companies. When we met with Perry he advised us that our home didn’t have enough ventilation. We felt that Perry was honest and cares about the details. We decided instead of patching up the roof(it’s always a temporary fix) to replace all and I felt better replacing our eaves. Perry and his crew worked fast, cleaned up and added ventilation all part of the original estimate. Glad we choose this company for our roof. Great warranty and very reliable customer service. I called for service on a damaged piece of fascia along the eavestrough of my home after recent wind damage. Before noon on May 3rd (same day) Gary came to the house and made the repairs and took a few photos pointing out some of the areas that will need some work at some point. He was so pleasant and professional and informative. I also appreciated that there was no hard sell tactics which can be irritating. I will certainly contact the company when my finances allow for some maintenance.

Contractor was replacing eavestrough at neighbours house across the street in late summer of 2018. I asked him to take a look at our house's roof and eavestrough. After inspecting it he said that roof shingles are good for few more years and did not need replacing yet.

However, the flat roof on the extension in back of house could be replaced. He provided two options for me. After some thought I chose one of the options. His workers did an excellent job as I watched them work.

With the old flat roof we had to go up and shovel the snow every winter to prevent water leaking down into the side of house. This past winter we did not have to go up on the flat roof to shovel the snow at all. Yay!

Contractor gave a 10 yr transferable warranty on all materials and labour for the new flat roof. We are very happy with the new flat roof.

While working on our roof our next door neighbour hired Perry to fix an issue with their roof as well. I will for sure be contacting Perry when the time comes to replace the shingles and eavestrough on the main part of house in future.

This was the second time in ten years I have used this company. Perry and his team did an excellent job on both occasions. His price was fair and completed in record time. I highly recommend him.
