The Tailored Closet of Markham and Durham Region

Ian designed our two bedroom reach-in closets and my walk-in-closet and the final result was absolutely amazing! high quality, functional and aesthetically pleasing closets to keep our things organized! Ian is very professional, great communication, he listens carefully your needs and then he designs it in a detailed 3D drawing. On the day of installation, Ian and his team work very hard, they were very polite, courteous and professional. I Definitely recommend!! Thanks Ian I love my closet is has become my personal and favourite room in the house!

What was most pleasurable was Ian attended with his son and they both worked continuously, efficiently, and meticulously for 5 hours at which time they installed 4 bedroom closets into our home. VERY GOOD SERVICE. WORKMAN SHIP WAS AWESOME. VERY CLEAN ON TIME AS PROMISED. LITTLE EXPENSIVE BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. ONE THING I SUGGEST TO MAKE ALL REQUIRED CHANGES BEFORE YOU FINALISE THE ORDER. OVERALL VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. DEFIANTLY USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE FOR ALL FUTURE PROJECTS.

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! Jill and Marc run a very efficient and professional operation.

They are client focused, responsive and knowledgeable. The installlers, Ross, Fred and Stavros are courteous, fast working and who take great pride in doing a good job. The end result was is a fabulous new kitchen pantry and front hallway closet. All contributors lead to a fabulous solution which will provide us more storage than we could have imagined. Without hesitation I would highly recommend Tailored Living!

Including email correspondence time, I've known Ian Graham for not more than 4 hours. But, in that time period, he designed, we agreed, set terms and 3 hours later, closets were installed.
