Right from the moment will called Ian we received excellent service. Ian came to our home, listened to what we wanted, showed us on his laptop what we envisioned; quoted a price and laid out timelines. Ian was honest, trustworthy and worked with what we wanted. On "game day" his team came in and went to work and within 1 day had completed 4 rooms in our new home. Our closets are just a game changer for us; we have downsized and worried a lot, but our worries disappeared after the closets were complete. We were very pleased with the work done by Ian and his team. The design was quickly done and modifications made in a prompt fashion. The work was done in and few hours and the work site left very clean. Ian was very personable and a cheerful worker who literally whistled while he worked.

We are so happy with our new closets from Tailored Living. We did 2 bedroom, master, front hall and a built in bookshelf. Ian was very patient with me through our many questions, additions, changes and updates and it was worth it! The installation team was on time, courteous, efficient and professional. We worked with Ian and his team. We were able to get an appointment with him quite quickly. He patiently discussed various design options with us and assisted us with choosing the right entrance closet for our home. He showed us the designs on his computer, so we could get a visual idea of the what the finished product would look like. He communicated very promptly with us via email and was very accomodating with our requests. The hallway product was well installed and looked exactly like the design that was discussed. The crew came in promptly, worked quickly and cleaned up well after they left. The only issue is, the company is so much in demand, that you have to wait a bit to get the installation done. But the wait is worth it.

I am exremely happy with the job Ian did. From our first meeting to installation Ian was very professional and the quality of workmanship shows why Tailored Living has top reviews . My wife is now happy we have a functional great looking closet
