When we bought our house, it had a furnace that was almost 30 years old. Synergy was recommended to us to service it by a neighbour. Synergy came when the said they would, did the work quickly and well, and explained what they'd done, along with recommendations for the future. They said the furnace would need to be replaced at some point, but that they could nurse it along until a part broke that couldn't be replaced because it was not longer manufactured.

About a year later, we decided to replace the furnace with a top-of-the-line heat pump. Synergy gave us a good competitive quote, based on the research we had already done, then worked with us to make sure we got just the right equipment, and installed it.

Ours is an old house the original part was built in 1885 and there were problems fitting the equipment, making the appropriate connections outdoors, and making it all look neat and tidy. It took them several days, but it looks great and we have had no problems.

They were there with us through the entire process, explaining our choices and the implications, making suggestions about how to make it all work better and be as cost-effective as possible, then doing a great, professional installation job.

We have no hesitation in recommending them for HVAC work.

Paul and Peter are honest , hardworking and true professionals. Their work is excellent and they are meticulous and treat the install like it was their home. We needed both the 22 year old furnace and A/C replaced.
We had a number of quotes , most pushed more expensive ultra deluxe products. Peter looked at our original system, calculated what we required and Paul provided a quote.
When I asked about upgrading to a more deluxe ,expensive model they said we just didn't need it as they spec'd out what we needed and they felt there was no sense paying for more expensive models that we would not get any value from and wouldn't do a better job than what they suggested. While they would of course install whatever model we wanted, we went with their recommendation and the system they spec'd out is awesome. Great price and it does a fantastic job!

Peter from Synergy is absolutely fantastic. Not only is he prompt and professional, he explains even the most complex problem and solution in easy to understand lingo. He is honest about what requires urgent repair and what (if anything) can be deferred. He is helpful, kind, and courteous. I’ve met with him three times about a very complex clinic HVAC situation and he is always punctual and effective in step by step repair. We had issues with our AC and had repaired it previously by another company (not so great) initially and by Synergy afterwards. Peter came by and the fix was holding well but he had shown us the issues in the coil where it was rusted. We didn't want to take a risk this summer season so ask him to come by and replace the unit. I can't recommend Peter and Paul enough. They work diligently, with care and take the time to go over the details with you. Their quality of work is top notch and they go beyond the call of duty to make sure everything is nice and organized. We will be contacting them for all of our future projects!

After having another technician tell me he couldn't fix my AC and I needed a new one , I was at my wits end. I just moved to my home and couldn't afford a new unit. I happened to find this company and they were amazing. They fixed my AC and at a very reasonable price. They were honest from the beginning and didn't try to over charge me, or make me purchase a new product. I would recommend them if you're looking for honesty, professionalism and quality service.

Peter and his brother I believe Paul replaced my boyfriend's furnace today. They were very polite and friendly. They did an excellent job on the furnace explained to us how to use it and made sure we knew how to work it before they left. They were very clean and made sure they cleaned up after themself which was excellent. I would highly recommend this company to anybody. They made sure they finished the job professionally . very good work guys.

There work fine but the running of aircondition I’m not satisfied because during the night the aircon is not working if you guys can fixed it it’s better

This is the second time that we have contacted Paul. Both him and his brother are extremely professional and get the job done. I shopped around for an Aprilaire 600 humidifier and chose Synergy to perform the install. Synergy was the fourth company I called because the previous three seemed unprofessional or did not have the product I wanted. I spoke to Peter from Synergy for about five minutes and made the decision. His professionalism and sincerity are two traits that made it easy.

Peter met with me in person to discuss the reasons I selected the Aprilaire as well as an honest reassurance that the other, more expensive options may pose more harm than good. The appointment was scheduled shortly after confirming the ability to purchase a new version of the 600. I tacked on furnace maintenance because my furnace is a couple years old now.

On the day of the installation, Peter and Tristan were punctual and completed the work in the estimated time discussed. I was given regular status updates throughout the appointment and explained any maintenance findings. The humidifier was installed well and performs as described. Peter explained the functionality and maintenance requirements for the 600. As an added bonus, he also provided maintenance tips for my HRV.
