To get to the point you have to get a lawyer involved while dealing with a company says all that needs to be said here. All is fine until it's not. Then expect delays returning, eventual chasing, to eventual rushed work to simply finish which will leave you upside down entirely. 3 years later and still I have an unfinished job. Tens of thousands in Unfinished or deficient work with approx 12k of 280k or so job. And no I didn't overpay vs work complete. There are simply so many deficiencies the cost to fix proper clearly makes it the typical scenario a contractor will never come back. Will leave it to the courts at this point.
