What a fantastic experience! The entire process from quote to installation was a consumers dream. The entire team I communicated with (sales, admin, installers) were obviously knowledgeable but more importantly, it was like I was talking to friends. Pricing was excellent, timelines were met - what more could you want? If you are in need of new doors, pls reach out to them for a quote as well, best door company in Durham region 100%.

Great experience right from the initial quote. Had other quotes but none provided follow-up afterwards not even the door company that starts with “D.” Was so impressed ordered a new garage door for my parents home.

The two installers were professional, courteous and most importantly quiet. This was important as I’m on conference calls all day and my office is close the laundry room and entrance the garage.

Thank you Whitby Garage Doors for such a great experience. We must be in weird times because I was excited for the new doors. And best of all I have not been disappointed.

I have 3 openers..one was broken and they suggested not worth replacing as it was 20 years old..the others were "tuned" and are fine. They installed the new one quickly...they were prompt, professional, honest, and overall a great experience

My garage door was completely out of alignment, and would not close. The wheel had come off the track , the tracks were bent and the wire had come off. I called Whitby Garage Doors, and was greeted with a very friendly voice, who provided an estimate based on my description and indicated a service team would be available within an hour. Less than 60 minutes later, two professionals showed up, quickly fixed the issues,(realigning the garage door opener mounts, straightening the tracks and adjusting the garage door). The service provided was excellent, and since the issue was different than originally thought, it was less than estimated. The team was prompt, communicated well and very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

All about the service. As they don't manufacture the product the only way you could judge them is based on the service, most important being the after sale service. After one year of installation our doors started warping. Whitby Garage Doors replaced them free of charge. The service was performed with the professionalism expected. Good job and Thank you!

Had a High Lift conversion done last year along with a Jack Shaft Opener.
Installation workmanship and attention to detail was amazing. Had to have a couple of visits for some adjustments and the after-sales customer service is incredible. Brandon really did an amazing job. This is the level of service every company should strive for. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Needed a garage door cable repaired. Sent an email in the evening and they promptly responded the next morning. Tech showed up that same afternoon. Repair was quick and the charge was reasonable. Very satisfied with the service. Will purchase a replacement door from them this summer.
