Very, very happy with their service. Brandon was patient and took the time to explain all options. The quote he provided included all necessary information including references to the brochures so even a few weeks after receiving the quote, I knew which price matched up with which product (not all companies do this and it can be hard remembering what the salesperson said). The doors look amazing. A great company to deal with, very professional. I would highly recommend them.

I contacted several garage door places before finding Whitby garage doors. All the other companies I contacted just threw out a price over the phone without even coming to our house. I contacted Whitby Garage Doors and spoke Brandon. Brandon said he would come by and take a look at the door in about an hour. he was there in 1/2 an hour with plenty of samples and options to choose from. after explaining the quality differences between all the available doors and making a few recommendations Brandon left me with a quote to review. I chose a door and emailed him that night and the door was on order the next day. after just 1 one week (a lot earlier than expected) the door had arrived and Brandon had an opening to install the next day. the Installer Jared came out to replace the door and once complete he took the time to show me every thing he had and replaced and gave a few tips on regular maintenance.

I needed a replacement back-up battery for one of my two garage door units. I called WGD and talked to Brandon who said he could come by within 45 minutes. It was actually about half an hour and within the next 15 he had found the correct battery in his truck and done the replacement for me ... all with a smile and a cheery, helpful attitude! I will certainly be recommending him, and calling him the next time I need any service on my garage doors. Thank you, Brandon!!

We needed to replace our rotted wood garage doors and Whitby Garage Doors came to the rescue. We looked at several alternatives, and settled on Brandon and team given his consultative approach. We settled on Haas doors since they had a recessed panel door. It was slightly more expensive, but with the upgraded hardware and springs, well worth it to us. Job was done well by Jared and he left a clean work space. He was friendly and very helpful explaining how to use our new mounted garage door opener and how to program it. Jarod installed our beautiful new door about three weeks later; cleaned up and took away all evidence of our old ugly wooden door. Was in need of a new garage door and saw Whitby Garage Doors at the Whitby home show where I met Brandon. He showed me what he had and spent time explaining all about the different doors and gave me the price on the one I liked. The day after the show he came to the house to measure everything up and answered questions I had. A couple of weeks later the door was was installed. The service and workmanship was all 100%. I would would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a door or service to them.

We were looking for a new garage door and seen Whitby Garage Door at a home show. When we called for an appointment Brandon came within a day or so plus phoned the day of or appointment to confirm. Brandon came right on time and was very helpful. He showed large samples of door colours and window designs. Was very helpful in picking out a colour as well. A written quote was given explaining all details of cost and what happening the day the door would be installed. Our door was in within a week and Brandon was here first thing in the morning to install. The new door was install, all the old door material was taken away. When the door and opener was done everything was explained to us about how it worked. Excellent service!! And would recommend them to everyone that needs a new door

I was having problems with my garage door not closing all the way. After doing some research online I found Whitby Garage Doors through Homestars. Let me tell you, I was extremely pleased with their service! Brandon showed up to my house within a day and explained the problem, my springs needed to be changed. He fixed my springs and was super pleasant the entire time! It's great to have such friendly service provided. Will definetely be using this company in the near future!

My garage doors really needed replacing so I called Whitby Garage Doors and they were so helpful and so friendly! They offered me suggestions for what colours and models would look best on my house and even explained what makes a quality garage door. When Brandon came to install my garage doors, I was so pleasantly surprised with how punctual he was AND when he was done, there was no mess left behind! Amazing service. Very happy.
