I contacted Brandon for a quote on a new Garage Door, which I was able to receive from a site visit in a few days, he really knew his stuff and was able to explain the different options we had. Jarred and Chad came out and installed the new door, they were very friendly and did an excellent job, and kept everything clean.
I'm very happy with the new door and the level of service we received... Great Value!!

Our old garage door was so noisy that we were afraid to open it in the late evening to put the cars away for fear that it would wake the neighbors!!! The final straw was when the door came off one hinge and we quickly did some research to find a reputable installer that would sell us a nice new door and install it for us. Whitby Garage Doors came to our rescue and not only sold us a beautiful new door that really improves the curb appeal of our home but they installed the new garage door opener that we had purchased and set up the exterior keypad and openers for us. The cables on our garage door broke and we were worried we would have to replace them. My husband heard an ad for Whitby Garage Doors on 94.9 so checked out their website. He easily found out what the problem was on the site complete with estimated repair cost. After calling, they came within an hour and fixed the problem within a half hour! When we are ready for new doors we will definitely be calling back!

The job was taken care of professionally from the time Brandon arrived to give me a quote until today when Jared arrived to do the installation. The job was done quickly and above all very neatly. When finished, you would not have know there was work done (other than the new door of course). Everything was cleaned up and the old door and hardware removed from my home. I would recommend Whitby Garage doors to anyone thinking of a new garage door installation. I think you'll be very happy with the quality of work and the cost.

My daughter's garage door was so noisy that I was sure we would need a replacement. I happened to see the Whitby Garage Door truck and decided to give them a try. Ryan was there within a couple of hours and was able to bring the door back to "new" status for just over $100 (including parts). He was a very polite young man that I have referred to many of my friends.

Wow! Broken garage door cables and new whisper quiet door opener all installed within 24 hrs. after contacting Brandon. It would have been even sooner, but we decided on the door opener after the cables had been repaired. Jarod was great and very knowledgeable. Even I understood his explanation of all the technology features!

Very happy with the service from start to finish! Brandon was friendly, helpful, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and also provided us with a sample of the door so we could take care of painting the garage trim prior to the install. Didn't feel sales pressure at all. Price was very competitive. Installer (sorry, can't remember his name) was also friendly and professional. The new door looks fantastic!
