My garage door was completely out of alignment, and would not close. The wheel had come off the track , the tracks were bent and the wire had come off. I called Whitby Garage Doors, and was greeted with a very friendly voice, who provided an estimate based on my description and indicated a service team would be available within an hour. Less than 60 minutes later, two professionals showed up, quickly fixed the issues,(realigning the garage door opener mounts, straightening the tracks and adjusting the garage door). The service provided was excellent, and since the issue was different than originally thought, it was less than estimated. The team was prompt, communicated well and very professional. I would highly recommend this company.
