Our garage door stopped working randomly. We would try to close it and it kept opening back up.

Nathan did an amazing job! He fully analyzed the situation and provided a thorough explanation of the possible issues with the door. He didn't push the "most expensive" options on us. He determined exactly what the issue was (the motor was stuck), and he did overall maintenance on the door (tightening screws, lubricated the joints, worked on the motor), and he re-aligned the chain.

The door is now working great now, and there were no extra costs beyond the base cost to come out!
