I cant say enough about Whitby Garage Doors! From wonderful staff to amazing, quality products. First rate customer service who is responsive, helpful and honest. The doors are beautiful and we get lots of compliments on how great they look! The door openers run smooth and quietly. The installers were terrific and dont leave before making sure all are connected to the app and your questions are answered. We would use them again and recommend this great, local business!

Everyone at the company was very knowledgeable and professional from sales to installers to office admins. The project went smoothly and exactly on time/budget. They really do an excellent job in every regard.

The process was smooth from booking the appointment to its completion. Pete arrived on time to get the garage door opener installed and explained to me everything the work and the mechanics of it, answered all my questions. Fantastic job. Very much recommend !

They are simply awesome.the garage door cable was undone. Amanda promptly responded to my quote early morning and the technician Peter came in a couple of hours. He was very polite and honest in explaining the problem and fixing it. There was no pushy sales pitch to get the entire door replaced. And he transparently suggested the options. I would Absolutely trust these guys for any garage door issues and highly recommend them

The service we received from start to finish was excellent. We went into the show room and were able to see some of the products. Greg, our sales person was able answer all of of questions. He came to our home to do a measurement and give us a quote. Our installer did the job beautifully and left the work area spotless. The new doors run so much quieter than our old doors and they look amazing. I am so please with everything. Would definately recommend.
