Arborwood Tree Service did a very good job. It was exactly as I had discussed with their representative. Thier arborist team of three worked hard and fast never skimping on effort. The cleanup was thorough even cleaning the neighbours driveway.
We are entirely satisfied high quality job at a reasonable price.

I hired Arborwood to prune my crabapple tree. They cleaned up the site well and I think they did a good job. But, I asked if this was the right time to prune and was told yes. I now wish I had waited because there are a couple of bird's nests in that tree and I hadn't noticed them before. They were disturbed while the man was pruning. It took the man less then 1/2 hour to finish and the cost was $275.00 plus tax. I thought that was rather expensive.

Estimated accurately, arrived promptly; worked efficiently: pruned ,removed all deadwood, thinned heavy lateral limbs excellently, while maintaining integrity and beauty of tree. Worked over 3 neighbouring properties with proper concern for safety, care and cleanup of people/yards. Exceptionally pleased with work and results. Will be having them back again.

I am most impressed with the quality of service received from Arborwood. All the Arborwood people with whom I dealt -- Robyn, Peter, Mark, Matt and Cassie -- struck me as highly professional and service-oriented. From diagnosing the diseased tree, advising on its replacement, removing the ailing tree and stump, and planting the replacement, the service was seamless and very efficiently executed. I can thoroughly recommend their services.

According to my experience with Arborwood, I'm not satisfied with the service provided. One of the employee cause a damage to my fence. The estimate given to me is different from the amount that I paid. I do not recommend this company for tree services

We needed to prune back a tree that was growing over our house. I found this company on the Internet and was really impressed.

Had them come out to give us an estimate. They were very competitive in their pricing and they we very informative and took time to answer any question and concerns.

Definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

One of my coworkers is not easily impressed and when he spoke so highly of Arborwood I contacted them to remove a 50+ year old tree that was entwined in hydo wires and a cause of much chagrin to our neighbours. Wenda provided me with an estimate and dealt with the city to confirm we didn't need to have a permit nor replanting fees. They even rearranged the removal date to coincide with our renovation plans. Her teams arrived on time and within a few hours and no interruption to hydro, telephone, cable nor internet, the tree is GONE! There were no surprises when the bill was tabulated, it was exactly as agreed. I really appreciated Wenda's close attention to this matter as we contacted an arborist last year who had been highly rated on Homestars and he had nowhere near the professionalism of Wenda and her team. Do not hesitate to contact this company, you will be very pleased.

Super easy to deal with. The company came by and gave us a written quote for removal of our 15 ft cedar bush whiel we were at work. We customized the job over the phone, Arborwood did the job while we were at work, took away all of the waste and left us the invoice. On their own volition, they determined that our front tree was city-owned and that having them prune it would be a waste of our money. That's class. Wenda and her crew were 100 percent hassle free.
