One of my coworkers is not easily impressed and when he spoke so highly of Arborwood I contacted them to remove a 50+ year old tree that was entwined in hydo wires and a cause of much chagrin to our neighbours. Wenda provided me with an estimate and dealt with the city to confirm we didn't need to have a permit nor replanting fees. They even rearranged the removal date to coincide with our renovation plans. Her teams arrived on time and within a few hours and no interruption to hydro, telephone, cable nor internet, the tree is GONE! There were no surprises when the bill was tabulated, it was exactly as agreed. I really appreciated Wenda's close attention to this matter as we contacted an arborist last year who had been highly rated on Homestars and he had nowhere near the professionalism of Wenda and her team.
