Our ageing furnace required expensive repair, and we made the decision to replace it instead. We also decided to replace the hot water tank with a tankless heater, and replace the AC unit as well.

After getting quotes from several companies, CEM came in literally *thousands* of dollars below the competition, for higher-quality hardware. Edward took meticulous care of explaining all the different options, describing the process, planning out the installation, and also gave very helpful advice on how to get the best rebates. As soon as we decided to proceed with the installation, it only took a few days to get it scheduled. The crew was at our house at 9 AM sharp, they were very well organized and professional, and completed the entire install on the same day with minimal disruption (I was at home in case any questions arose, but they really just went ahead and did everything right). We did encounter one small post-installation issue, and Edward went above and beyond to resolve it and explain to us the correct way of operating our new hardware.

Overall I couldn't be happier with our upgrades, and the entire experience was flawless. Edward and team exceeded our expectations by light-years. Thank you, CEM!

Our furnace was red tagged in December because of the cracked heat exchanger. After finding out the cost of repairing the heat exchanger (which was anywhere $1000-$1900) we decided to buy a new furnace. When the agent (Edward) from Consumers Energy came he gave us all the options of the products and systems. We felt like we were his customers for years when dealing with him. After we signed the paperwork we got a call from the company few hours later to finalize the details which gave us the confidence that we deal with a good company. On the day of install we had three technicians showing up at our doors. The job was done amazing and very clean. Thank you Edward and your crew for job well done. It's been more than two weeks since we had a new furnace put in and we really like it. Well done Consumers Energy, it was a pleasure to have you work on our install.

I had originally hired Lowe's to install a brand new air conditioner that I purchased from them. They sent me an HVAC company they work with called Hargrave who's technicians were non-licenced and non-knowledgeable. They touched and replace parts on my furnace and water heater which they had no clue about that almost caused a carbon leak that could have been disastrous to my house and myself.

I then by chance found Edward from Consumers Energy Management. He came over with his staff to access my grave situation and make recommendations. I arranges to have Lowes remove the Air Conditioner. and I hired Edward (Consumer Energy ) to replace it with a new American Standard AC that he sold that would be the right size needed to fit my house and re do and replace all the defective work and parts that Loews' people did.

Edward and his excellent staff, were all "licenced" to do the work properly, efficiently and to "standards" and "codes'. They were very knowledgeable, polite, and very caring about my property and did not leave any mess when they were done. After my second AC was installed I felt safe in my home again. Since purchasing and installing my AC, I have had Edward and his technician Kam (or Cam) fix my water tank which now continues to work perfectly.

Upon his recommendations I had him make some ductwork adjustments

to create better air flow through out my house. In 25 years living here I have never been as comfortable nor had the equal air flow of both the furnace and the AC reach the 3rd floor as I do now since Edwards people fixed and adjusted it. He is now the ONLY company that I would allow to touch any of my HVAC equipment. I have complete confidence in Edward and hi team. He can be relied on to help you out at 2:00 PM in the afternoon as well as 2:00 AM in the middle of the night if it's an emergency. He will return your calls and txt in time and will show up to your place when he says he will. When they show up to work, they will literally give you the "red carpet" treatment.

Edward and his staff, can and will clearly explain everything to you regarding solutions and recommendations they have to fix your problem. I very highly and confidently recommend to anyone with a house or a business location that has any HVAC concerns or looking to purchase new HVAC equipment to feel confident to call Edward at Consumer Energy Management and be assured you will not have to call anyone else after that. He (they) will take care of you as if you were their own family.

Edward’s team (Idress & Allan) made it through the snow and freezing rain to perform the work. They were very professional and courteous and even put down drop cloths to keep the house clean. I will definitely keep them in mind for my next unexpected job.

Consumer Energy may have a corporate name but they are anything but. The personalized, top notch service I received with competitive prices, 400$+ better than the competition. What more can I say. Once they arrived the job was bigger than expected but I was only charged 90$ more. All in all an amazing TO experience.
