During the cold of winter we had a clogged main exit line in our home. We hired two different plumbers who came, took our money, but did nothing to fix the situation. In the the middle of the disaster, we found Pavlo, who from the first was our hero! He quickly and efficiently broke ground, fixed the tube, installed an access, and a back water valve to avoid further problems. He also helped us fill in the rebate with the city, so that we saved money. We are really thankful to Pavlo and his team for all their commitment and willingness to work even in the harshest weather conditions and hard problems.
