Our experience with Exquisite Flooring was outstanding! From the outset, Ian provided an itemized quote and quickly responded to all of our queries and concerns. He demonstrated flexibility by working around our schedules, providing us with design options, and inviting feedback. During the six weeks of our project, Ian made sure to give us daily progress updates and next steps. He always came to work on time, ready to put in a full day's work. In fact,he rarely, if ever took breaks! Ian is clearly passionate about his work and takes pride in everything that he does. He is a pleasure to have around, and ensures that his client is completely satisfied with every project detail. On numerous occasions he did not hesitate to ask us our preferences.

Ian at Exquisite Flooring recently installed hardwood floors throughout my lower and upper floors. The quality of work was so great that we actually decided to do our hardwood stairs as this is what they specialize in. I was amazed at the final product and how he was able to tie everything in.
