Jeff was great to work with. We came home from vacation to find we had a leaky skylight. When it rained hard, the water would drip for an hour! We had to find someone to help out quickly so we found Jeff and gave him a call. From our first conversatiom I knew he was the company we would go with. Called back within minutes, understood the problem and came out quickly to confirm what we needed to replace the skylights. He came out exactly when he said he would every time, and explained details of the job as he was doing it. Exactly what you want...easy to deal with, good quality workmanship. Highly recommeded.

Jeff was great to work with and our decision to go with Moore Skylights was because Jeff performed all the work - from quote to installation. Was true to all that was agreed to from our initial consultation.

My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Jeff to replace our old skylight. We contacted Jeff via his online form on his website (on a Sunday) after discovering a leak late Saturday night. Within the hour, Jeff was on the phone, asking questions, and quickly gave us suggestions on a solution. Jeff even advised that we should replace it, even if we didn't decide to go with him. Jeff was out to our house the next day to check it out and then quickly sent a quote and was at our house the next day for the installation. Our new Skylight looks amazing and at a fantastic price. I hired Jeff to replace our 22 year old acrylic skylight. The entire experience with Jeff, from the initial phonecall, to getting the quote, through his wonderful patience and promptness in providing answers to my many questions, to the installation and cleanup, was 101% positive. Jeff arrived when he said he would and the work done was perfect with no garbage or mess left behind. The before and after pictures he provided were a nice touch. Jeff's personality, promptness of communicating, work ethic, and workmanship was all top notch. I highly recommend Jeff and his company.

I don't usually write these reviews but found Jeff and Moore Skylights to be very professional, well priced and extremely helpful. Jeff was great at explaining the whole process, and confirmed the work completed by taking photos. I wouldn't hesitate to use Jeff at Moore Skylights again and I've already recommended him to my neighbours. Highly recommend.

I did my research and talked to a few company’s for repairing my skylight which was starting to leak. When I finally called Moore’s Skylight and spoke with Jeff, I got the sense I was speaking with a true professional - someone who is very knowledgeable and someone I could trust. I took a chance and was glad I did. Moore’s Skylight was very responsive to my urgent needs. The cost was minimal and the work completed was clean and detailed as photos were taken every step of the way. Hands down. Great job!!

Jeff is very professional. He was right on time when he said she would be at our home. Installation was prefect no less left behind. We would recommend his services to everyone.

Jeff was a great find. He's polite, on time, and is really helpful. Not only did he install the skylight but also fixed some problem areas on the flat roof without charge. I would highly recommend Moore Skylights.
