Jeff was very timely in his response to my request for a quote. He did some advance work on assessing the job and then came out to be sure he had all the information needed to provide a quote. Jeff answered all my questions (and some I may not have thought to ask). When it came down to installation, he managed to set a date and time that would work - both to ensure the work got done before I left on vacation and to fit into my schedule.

Jeff made sure I had the right shingles to match up with the current roofing and also did a great job on the inside in matching up what was already there. He and his colleague moved items as needed and put drop clothes in place - everything was cleaned up before they left.

I'm really pleased with the skylights and the work done... along with Jeff's approach. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff and Moore Skylights.

We discovered that our skylight was leaking and called a few different companies. Jeff took the time to answer our questions, explain the process of replacing the skylight, and he came out in a hurry to cover the existing skylight before a predicted storm. He had the replacement skylight in a few days later and corrected issues with the drywall around the skylight while he was at it.

He was clean, fast, thorough, and friendly. While I dont expect to need his services again soon, I would definitely work with him again and recommend him to anyone who needed to replace a skylight.

This was the second time Jeff has worked on our skylight the first was a new glass top(replace the old acrylic dome) and this time he fixed what the roofers didn't do right the first time and installed a membrane around the entire skylight. No more leaks! Jeff is excellent to deal with and his work is top notch!

Jeff called me keeping me updated when the ordered Skylight had arrived and arranged an installation date. Jeff arrived on time. Explained to me exactly what he was going to do. He took photos of his finished work. He tidied up afterwards. Great job.
