Jeff was very timely in his response to my request for a quote. He did some advance work on assessing the job and then came out to be sure he had all the information needed to provide a quote. Jeff answered all my questions (and some I may not have thought to ask). When it came down to installation, he managed to set a date and time that would work - both to ensure the work got done before I left on vacation and to fit into my schedule. Jeff made sure I had the right shingles to match up with the current roofing and also did a great job on the inside in matching up what was already there. He and his colleague moved items as needed and put drop clothes in place - everything was cleaned up before they left. I'm really pleased with the skylights and the work done... along with Jeff's approach. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff and Moore Skylights.
