Excellent service and installation. Jeff quickly returned my calls, inspected my existing system and provided the several options to fit our needs. Installation was trouble free and the finished product looks great. Ice and water shield combined with the flashing kit will guarantee years of worry free rain storms. Great product covered by a great manufacture and installation warranty.

Jeff was great to work with and very professional. We had three aging skylights in our sunroom which were leaking. Jeff was able to identify the problem and promised no more leaking. Jeff showed up on time on the scheduled day and kept us informed of his progress by showing us pictures every step of the way. Jeff worked hard to finish on time and cleaned everything up before he left. He even went out of his way to repair a shingle which blew off during a windstorm. Our new skylights passed their first major test with the recent ice storm and there were no issues at all. I would definitely recommend Jeff for any Skylight project.

Jeff was very pleasant to deal with. Professional and efficient. He thoroughly explained the process of replacing the old windows with the new and what may be causing the problem. On installation day he was right on time, worked steadily and when the job was finished, he made sure to clean up around the work site. Jeff took pictures as he progressed with the work so I could see what the problem was and how it was being fixed. I was surprised to see a big gap around the old frames which he filled in promptly. I am looking forward to not worrying about rain in the forecast with my new skylights.

Had a small leak in my skylight. Jeff came by same day and was able to get them replaced before winter. He provided photos of the windows he removed....they had been installed incorrectly. He also provided photos of his work. Great customer service

We had a leaking skylight that we had neglected for too long. With winter coming, we wanted to get it fixed and avoid another spring of dodging buckets on the stairs. I called Jeff and he was very responsive and was able to fit us in during a fairly busy end of season time for him. He came out to check it out and give us what i thought was a very fair estimate. He provided a detailed overview of the best way to proceed with the repair, and suggested a replacement given the age of our current skylight.

Jeff made an appointment to come by the next day, but unfortunately we had to postpone because of the weather. When he saw the weather was not going to be as bad as first forecast, he asked if he could do the repair that afternoon. We agreed, and he came by as promised and did the repair.

He also documented each step of the replacement and provided photos. He was also very great in explaining how the other skylight had failed, and how his install should protect against leaks.

The replacement was done a month or so ago, and there have been no leaks or condensation like with the old skylight. So far, I am extremely satisfied with the job done by Jeff.

Moore Skylights was an amazing! Their service was amazing! From the moment I called to get an estimate they reassured me that they would take care of my old broken skylight and replace it with ease and they did! They even made sure to protect my furniture and clean up impeccably before they left!
