We did not realize (until 'it was too late') that a blockage and leak had begun in our upstairs bathroom which contributed to some major issues on the second floor of our home. Something unexpected like this really becomes an inconvenience and forced us to move forward with repairs on a very tight budget. What I really liked about Yuko Plumbing was how professional their staff was, they are knowledgeable and went out of their way to explain the damage the block and leak had caused which was important to me. Yuko Plumbing's prices were very competitive and when you're working with a tight budget this helped us get a very necessary repair done right away. They came right away, they didn't leave a mess behind and were helpful in checking and quoting me on another issue I have been collecting quotes on for a basement repair - I am planning to have some maintenance performed on our sump pump in the basement and we will be using Yuko Plumbing services for this as well - needless to say, I would definitely recommend their services to family and friends.

To prevent our finished basement from flooding (a second time) we wanted to install a more powerful sump pump with battery back-up and a flood alarm on the backwater valve. The guys from Yuko came promptly to provide an estimate, which was competitive, and work began the very next day. They relocated the piping and the check valve to make water discharge more efficiently - something which was not considered by the other plumbers who provided similar quotes. Yuko went above and beyond by inspecting and adjusting our mixing valve at no additional charge. Quality service, competitive pricing, friendly staff. Would strongly recommend and will use their services again.

I noticed my kitchen tap leaking late in the evening. I was afraid to leave it like that till the morning, so I called the number I had for Dr. Rooter - it appeared Kostya had his own company now. The guys arrived shortly. One was checking for the problem, the other brought in the tools... They finished in no time! Great job, fast reaction to emergency and good price - that's my resume of their work.

Drain pipe under my kitchen sink got clogged up. One of my colleagues recommended me to call Konstantin and Yurii at YuKo Plumbing, because he had some positive experience with these guys.
One thing that I liked the most is that, instead of trying to sell me their service, I first was given several sugestions on how I can do it myself before I start spending any money on plumber. Yet, I just wanted it to be done professionally, so I insisted on them coming and fixing it once and for all. Within an hour clog was cleared and their guy also found and fixed the leakage, that I didn't even suspect to be there. And so far no issues :)
Even then, before he left, I got advises on how to prevent stuff like this from happening again.

I'd say I got added value out of YuKo on top of what I paid for and will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks me.
