Solid Eavestrough

With all the ice buildup that has occurred over the winter, we found ourselves in dire straits with water coming into the basement due to the recent warmer weather and heavy rains we've been having. As it turned out, our back eavestrough downspout was literally buried in ice and had to be diverted. We called Yaron who came to see us immediately and, all within the same day, he came by, assessed what had to be done, attained the necessary materials, and came back to divert the eavestrough to allow for unobstructed flow of water to go away from our house. I was very impressed with his understanding, care, overall professionalism, and knowledge (both short term and long term) on how this problem can be curtailed so this doesn't happen again to us in the future!
