Al in Toronto

With water coming into our basement with all the ice build up and heavy rains we've experienced of late, we called on Lyubomyr to take a look at our foundation and address our waterproofing needs. He was very quick to assemble a crew for us who, within a week, came to address our urgent needs. They excavated around our foundation and did the necessary parging, delta membrane, weeping tile installation, etc. to properly seal our exterior foundation walls. I was very impressed with his working crew, particularly Dmitri, as they were very diligent, professional, skilled at their trade, and hard working. They dealt with any obstacles that impeded their accessing the walls properly (e.g. deck, air conditioner) and restored everything to the way it was after the work was all done. Thank you for a job well done! Needless to say, this is a company I will definitely consider for other work that I plan on doing in the future.

With all the ice buildup that has occurred over the winter, we found ourselves in dire straits with water coming into the basement due to the recent warmer weather and heavy rains we've been having. As it turned out, our back eavestrough downspout was literally buried in ice and had to be diverted. We called Yaron who came to see us immediately and, all within the same day, he came by, assessed what had to be done, attained the necessary materials, and came back to divert the eavestrough to allow for unobstructed flow of water to go away from our house. I was very impressed with his understanding, care, overall professionalism, and knowledge (both short term and long term) on how this problem can be curtailed so this doesn't happen again to us in the future! Our front door lock wasn't working anymore. Dimitar was very quick in responding to our call for help and addressed the problem in the most cost effective way. Rather than replace the whole lock, he quickly saw that by simply replacing the mechanism within the lock cylinder and re-keying it to work with our existing keys, that would solve the problem for us. It was clear right from the get-go that he knew what he was doing and was very knowledgeable on the best course of action to take. I will definitely call on him again if I ever have future problems and would not hesitate to recommend him for others seeking similar service. Thank you, Dimitar !!

Our job with Chris started off with chimney repair work being done and we were so impressed with the job he did that we extended our work with him to include repairing hairline cracks we had by our bay window sill and preparing our fireplace for a gas insert. What impressed me the most with Chris was his professionalism, reliability, and great pride he took in all the jobs he performed for us. For each job, he explained all the options available for us, provided reasonable quotes for each of them, delivered on time as promised, and did quality work with no hidden surprises/costs after the fact. For our fireplace, he spent extra time helping us understand all the steps that would be required to convert our wood burning fireplace to gas and even helped us by coordinating his efforts (i.e. pouring a new hearth and cleaning out the ash pit so a gas line could run through it) with another company that would then install the gas line and gas burning log kit.
