Thank you so much for choosing me to do your townhouse inspection for you and your family. There were several defects and safety concerns in this older townhouse and it was actually a little bit more above average than you typical townhouses in this area. We also considered the exterior which is typically strata concern but the strata had very low funds and cannot afford the fixes. This is going to lead to special assessments as well as paying for the defects in your house. I'm glad that you saw beneficial to walk away from this purchase and buy a townhouse in better condition.
