I have used a number of different home inspectors over the last 20 years of buying and selling. I have to say that Paul Friesen was by far the most thorough that I have ever used. I would highly recommend his services for anyone looking to purchase a new home or investment property. I especially liked the pictures he emailed to me that were examples of what things to purchase for minor repairs..that was very helpful.
