Came within 4 hours, figured out the problem which a previous one couldn't, got 2 parts, replaced them and got it working in 3 1/2 hours total. Best service guy ever.

Nelson, was recommended to by by a dear friend. To date, I've had my AC serviced, furnace serviced and most recently my gas fireplace serviced. The service was truly top notch and professional. He took the time to educate my family and I on proper maintenance and operation of our equipment. That is 18 years old by the way. Also gave us tips and advice for saving money in the future. As with many companies I end up hiring for services, I go with my gut feeling (I have a big gut, so when the feelings are there, it’s there). I needed to get my ductwork replaced as I’m doing a major reno at my place.

Got my usual 3 quotes from companies (found on here from homestars) but Ronald was recommended to me from two separate friends that didn’t actually know each other, so I figured that was a good sign. Even better sign was that I didn’t know they were on homestars but when Ronald told me the company was on it I was unsurprised with all the ratings given to them which I think was rightfully earned.

So anywho, Ronald came in for a quote, took a lot of time explaining to me what needs to be done as per the hvac plans to pass inspection. He wasn’t necessarily he cheapest option, but the whole “you get what you pay for” mantra is something I would get tattooed on myself (if I did get this specific tattoo, I wouldn’t go for the cheapest option there either).

So I went with my gut, and am glad to say the gut is still working for me. Ronald and Nelson came by, did some high quality work for me in less than two days. Most people find finishing renovations their favourite, but I’m one of those people that find mechanical work just as if not more sexy. I mean, look at my pictures of the work they did!

So yes, 10/10 would definitely recommend, and there is no...Division of my opinion of Division!

Ronald from Division Air was recommended to me by a friend of my parents and I honestly couldn't be happier with the service he provided! Ronald helped us out with getting a new Air Conditioning system after ours broke this past Sunday. When he called me back after I left him a voicemail the first thing he said was that he was sorry for the time it took to get back to me. He then spoke to me about the people who recommended him to me as if we were old friends and then transitioned into asking me about the problem. I told him we had a diagnosis done on the AC and what the problem was, He then asked me if I'd like him to come out and take a look at our A/C and talk about possible options. He then went out of his way to keep me updated when he was running late and when he was on his way. Upon meeting him in person I instantly knew I could trust him and he was going to do everything he could for my family and I. The next day he sent a quote and he was at least $1000 cheaper than the other guy!! The next day after we agreed to one of his options, he was there ready to go and do the install. The entire time he was here he made sure I was fully informed about everything he was doing and he took time to just talk to me like a person and get to know me! He was just great! Very professional and very friendly! I honestly can't say enough about how happy I am with his work and his attitude on the job. I would recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC work done!

Division Air cleaned my vents after renos and recently fixed my AC unit. I couldn't be happier with the service I received for both jobs. My general contractor said the duct cleaning was very detailed and said they took the time to do everything right. For my AC problem, Nelson checked everything thoroughly before providing a recommendation that will allow me to put off replacing my 12 yr old AC unit hopefully another few years. He's very knowledgeable and also took the time to explain how the system works which I appreciated being a new homeowner.

During the initial consultation, Nelson diagnosed our hot water tank problem very quickly, and gave us a few different options for hot water tanks and tankless water heaters. He explained to us the pros and cons for each solution. His wealth of knowledge allowed us to make an informed decision easily. He even came up with an ingenious idea to relocate our hot water tank to use the space more efficiently!

On the day of installation, Nelson and Ronald were both very professional and friendly. They explained the installation steps while we were watching. They welcomed our curiousity in the process.

The installation went smoothly. We now have a working and very quiet hot water tank. And an added bonus of more space in our laundry room!

I have had such a great experience with the guys at Division Air. I am an engineer, and am particular about the contractors I choose. Ronald, the owner of the company is very honest and friendly. He takes the extra mile(s) to care for his customers. They have become my go-to company for my A/C needs. I started off replacing my hot water tank, then I had them upgrade my vent ducting in my basement, new air conditioner, and just recently they came to fix a furnace problem. I highly recommend them to anyone.

My AC slowly died out this summer. Division Air came, looked over my unit, checked the parts, and they sealed a freon leak and injected more freon (at a very reasonable price). My AC is now working the best it has ever had (first time I had to turn UP my thermostat in the summer).
