Our experience with Jeff at True Flame was a pleasure. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything clearly, provided a very fair quote & our fireplace is working again like a charm. Two things really stood out about Jeff. One, he is very professional and two, he takes great pride in his workmanship. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone and I can assure you the job will be done right !
