We phoned them on Sunday to fix the furnace since our house had no heat, we booked a 7-9am appointment for Monday and they came at 3pm that day and supposedly fixed the furnace. We woke up on Tuesday and the furnace was no longer working. We phoned them at 8am and they booked us a appointment for 2-4pm. They were unable to come out that day since they phoned the wrong number and switched our appointment to 7-9am the next day and said we would be the first appointment. They didn't even show up that day. They finally came Thursday and our furnace is still not fixed properly.
