Mr. Furnace

I recommend this company. They provided same day service, the service tech was very polite and was respectful to my home, he left the work site clean, was knowlwdgeable and explained the issue and made the repair in a timely manner.

I had Dylan out to my rental property to tune up our furnaces. He did a wonderful job explaining how to avoid problems in the future and was extremely professional. He explained all my pricing upfront and scheduled me in for a annual tune up for next year.

Farah and Jason from Misterfurnace came to fix my humidifier and my bathtub faucet and also clean my toilet drainage line. Their service were perfect and they take time to explain to me any question I had. I will call them again.

Robert and Joe knew their stuff. The office kept me informed as to ETA and had parts available to complete the emergency repairs. Repair proceeded without any issues and they walked me through the process ahead of starting work

At saturday night my furnace stopped working, the guys at mr furnace came out the next day. They were very upfront and friendly. They did the job promptly and effecently.

This extremely negative review is directly related to the Calgary office and their staff. Calgary office starting from front desk / customer service personnel up to the technicians on the field are absolutely incapable of professionally fulfilling minimum of their job and responsibilities. We have being waiting for two days (48 h) for them to be capable to come for the furnace and duct cleaning and apparently that was too much for asking. Front desk wasn't able to understand if it were morning or evening hours when technician had to come and to let us know when we must be at home??? First day we were waiting the whole day for them to show up and of course they haven't shown up for the appointment and when we called they weren't able to give us any satisfied answer except we could try to book another appointment even not to apologize for that??? We decided it to give them another chance and guess what ? They didn't show up again.After we called them the answer was " We are sorry but we are unable to make it today again". Well, sorry is not good enough and hopefully because of very bad professionalism and totally poor and disrespect of the customers your company will loose all the customers and get bad reputation which will lead to the bankruptcy very soon. We would be able to give them zero star we would but in order to write this comment we needed to give at least one star which they deserve at all. If anyone would read this comment please save yourself time and stress and don't go with them because it is total waste.

mr furnace did a great job very friendly and polite and was respectable about asking to remove shoe and was back with the part very fast.we will rearmament him and this company to our friends and family
