Dmitri is the best. I am a widow and a senior and he has done work for me a few times over the last 5-6 years. He has installed a hot water tank, done repairs to my ageing 30 year old furnace and maintained it . He is always honest and professional and I can totally trust him to only do work thats needed and give me quality advice. Its hard to find a business I can trust. Dmitri is true to his word and is very good at what he does and fairly priced. I know I can sleep soundly at night knowing my homes furnace etc is well maintained and working properly.

I initially called Heatmaster to give me a quote for the replacement of two furnaces because the circuit board was gone on one of the furnaces. He (Dmitri and the owner) said I could replace the furnace(s) or repair the broken one. His price was for repairing the furnace was 60% of what I had been quoted by the firm that had initially diagnosed the problem. He used brand new genuine Lennox parts. His service was excellent and prompt. Id highly recommend him.

I called these guys in the morning as my furnace was acting up. as I was so scared to find myself in a cold house with no support or getting another suggestion "just replace the whole furnace"!

Happy to share that these guys listened to me attentively and immediately provided with some quick solutions. In the early afternoon a master was already at my place. He has checked my furnace thoroughly, explained to me in understandable terms all technical details and processes, and instructed what to do in case the glitch returns.

His work gave me a peace of mind, I feel safe and protected in our challenging Calgary climate. Highly recommend the company!

Heatmasters is reliable, fast, professional and very knowledgeable in the services they provide. We had out air conditioner purchased and installed by heatmasters this summer, and we couldnt be more satisfied. On top of that, our hot water tank stopped working yesterday, and within a few hours, heatmasters came by and fixed the issue, despite it being -20 degrees outside and with bad road conditions.
Absolutely would recommend you to everyone we know.

We had our heater brake during the coldest days of the winter. We have two kids and our elders live with us. This company came highly recommended by friends and after getting some quotes we decided to go with them.

They have rearranged their schedule to get a new heater in the next day. They were very professional. They were very kind to our grandpa who had a million of questions. They didnt mind the dogs. They showed up on time and made sure to clean up all the mess outside. The heater works great and is much quieter than our old one. The city came out to inspect the installation and it passed.

We have learned that the company also installs A/C and after comparing quotes and reading reviews we went with this company again. They did not disappoint. They showed up on time and A/C is quiet and works great.

Overall, I highly recommend them and would use them again myself. The team is very professional, responsive and attentive. They took time to answer all the questions we had. 10/10.

I had an old aircon replaced previously by Advanpro but their poor workmanship resulted in my aircon malfunctioning prematurely within 3 years. Unfortunately, they wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount to replace it with a refurbished unit even though I had warranty. I turned to Heatmaster and found Dimitri to be knowledgeable and understanding, and very willing to help me replace the entire faulty aircon system with a completely new one at a fraction of Advanpro's exorbitant cost to repair/replace. Not only did Dimitri explain in detail what was wrong with the previous install, he was on time, always answers my queries, very polite, and did everything to my complete satisfaction. I am thankful to Heatmaster for saving me this hot summer with their quick response to my urgent request to have a new aircon. Next time, I won't make the same mistake by choosing a big company for my HVAC needs because there are too many red tapes and high employee turnovers. Heatmaster may be a smaller company but they definitely know what they are doing and highly professional in every aspect.

Got new furnace and AC unit installed, very professional and efficient team. Very clean and knowledgeable guys, project was completed in time as it was scheduled originally. Super good team. Highly recommended!!!
