We had a problem with the furnace on Friday evening. It turned on and off and did not gain temperature. We called Dima, he promised to come on Saturday. In the morning our temperature was already +11. He came, quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved the problem (temporarily). We should order a new furnace. On Tuesday he and his team came back and did an excellent job. Removing the old furnace and installing the new one. Now we feel warm and comfortable

When I went to turn on my furnace this fall I found that it wasn't heating, and this was on a weekend just before it was set to reach a high of zero degrees the coming Monday. I called Heatmaster Saturday evening, and by Sunday morning Dmitri swung by. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in under a minute, and while he was here he also quieted a rattle that was making the furnace a bit louder than usual.

My old furnace died in early October and Heatmaster Services were able to come down to look at it on a short notice and did not charge me anything to look inside the furnace. They were quick and efficient at changing everything and cleaning up within a day and now I have a new working furnace before the freezing weather comes.

Dmitri installed 2 furnaces for me in 2 different locations Woodbine SW and Albert Park SE.
He also installed 50 g hot water tank in Evergreen SW location. Very happy with his work attitude, honesty and pricing of course! Im picky person and like to ask lot of questions. Dmitri is taking his time answer all of them.
I also like that he is answering his phone on weekends as well as some contractors dont.

Amazing job by Dimitry and his team, they were able to come in on time and on the exact date to install my new 3 ton AC unit. The price and the service was extremely professional. I will be recommending these guys to anyone I know and will gladly use their service when required. Thank you.

The quality of service was exceptional. We received straight to the point but very insightful explanation of what it takes to have the air conditioner installed and how it would be operating with specifics of our house. None of the other installers (and I have contacted many) offered such information. I really appreciated how detailed consideration was given to the design of our house, its heating and ventilation systems. From all the shopping around and price checking I have completed Heatmaster was without a doubt the best option and definitely the contact I would recommend.

Dmitri and his partner and helper came out to take out our old furnace, and installed a new furnace and humidifier for us. I found the cost very reasonable. They did an amazing job, very neat and tidy, super happy with the work they did for us, and would highly recommend, if you ever need any of this type of work done.
