Manny provided an estimate for the replacement of my vinyl siding on a 24 year old home. Without knowing what would be uncovered, we started the replacement process, only to find that the initial work done by the builder was not adequate. When we had our roof replaced, it was discovered that there was very little venting as almost everything had been stuccoed over during a previous renovation. Mannie came highly recommended to look at the soffits by our roofer who, himself, was fabulous. He quickly identified the problem and came up with an aesthetically pleasing and cost-effective solution.
