When we had our roof replaced, it was discovered that there was very little venting as almost everything had been stuccoed over during a previous renovation. Mannie came highly recommended to look at the soffits by our roofer who, himself, was fabulous. He quickly identified the problem and came up with an aesthetically pleasing and cost-effective solution. His communication with us was excellent and he did everything he said in a very timely manner. We couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend Mannie & Multi Service Aluminum without hesitation.

We called Michael one night in the late fall about a sudden leak after reading very positive reviews of QUALTITY FIRST ROOFING on Homestars. Because we were due to leave the country in a couple of days, he came out immediately the next morning, assessed the situation and thoroughly tarped the problematic part of the roof. He took photos and videos and explained recommended next steps. He was very honest about problems that might occur in the future given the way the house had been renovated in the past. Just as promised, he brought his team in in the spring and they replaced as much of the plywood as needed replacing, the shingles , the skylights and even corrected a kitchen fume head venting problem that they discovered. Everything was photographed, videotaped and all of our questions were throughly answered. Every person we encountered on the roofing team was polite, respectful and knowledgable. The job was completed in one day and the clean up excellent. Without a doubt we would recommend Michael or use him again should we require other roofing needs. He definitely knows his stuff, is articulate, operates with integrity and is very responsive. We could not be happier.

Alex responded to my email request almost immediately and came out to our house the next day as there was only a small window of time when I could be available. We had recently moved to the house and had a number of questions/issues. He changed the outdoor faucet which had frozen and cracked, checked the sump pump and a toilet which was slow to flush and gave us his advice. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently and did not try to sell us any service that we did not require. Rather, he told me what to watch for in the sump pump and how to avoid spending money unnecessarily. He was wonderful and I will call him for all of our plumbing needs!

I cannot recommend Cherry & Clark Roofing strongly enough. All of my questions were thoroughly answered prior to signing the contract so that I could make an informed decision. When I had to delay selecting the shingle colour because of a family member's illness, everyone was very understanding. The team that completed my roof was very reliable, hard-working (one day with temperatures reaching 33 degrees), polite and respectful. In addition, no final payment was processed until those in accounting/customer service were assured that I was satisfied with the job.

I cannot speak highly enough about Patterned Concrete. Our driveway and patio were installed twelve years ago and are still beautiful. Recently we had them resealed and you would never know their age; the resealing really brings the colours to life. As always, Susy answered all of our questions and arranged for the service which was carried out professionally and competently. They pay very close attention to weather to ensure that the job is carried out on a day that is conducive to achieving the best results. Colton paid great attention to detail and did an exemplary job. There are many concrete driveways in our neighbourhood and, from what I have seen, there is no substitute for Patterned Concrete.
